Business legal advisor and Head of Legal Tech Department of the Porto4 law firm, member of the Board of Experts of the EDPB – European Data Protection Board, CEO of Porto4 HUB, the first hub dedicated to the digital compliance. He studied at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and at University of California, Los Angeles – School of Law. He is member of “Albo Avvocati di Venezia” since 2004. After graduated, he obtained a master’s degree in New Technology Law and one in Copyright Law and specialised in Blockchain Technologies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston. Giovanni is lecturer of privacy, cyber security, blockchain and NFT at Business School of Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia, H-Farm and at the degree courses in Digital Management and in Global Development and Entrepreneurship at Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia. He cooperates with training institutes for subjects related to new technology law and digital. Passionate about innovation processes in every field, contemporary art and digital art.
